Your life’s story is a significant one. Not because of all the good, or even bad, things you have done or experienced. It’s significance lies in the fact that it fits into a much larger story. And the main character in this Grand Story is Jesus Christ.

God has been writing this story since before time began. You and I enter into this story at creation. Man was able to walk with God, in-step with Him. There was nothing that separated us. Then, through the disobedience of one man that relationship was broken and sin entered the world. As a result, the world has become cracked and impaired.

Since that time God has been orchestrating a plan to enable us to walk with Him once again. Throughout history nations have risen and fallen, wars have been fought, people have loved deeply and hated intensely. Yet in all of these things God has been writing a story of redemption.

God sent His only Son, Jesus Christ, to earth to be a sacrifice for our sins on the cross. Jesus lived a sinless life, was crucified on the cross, endured God’s wrath on our behalf, and rose three days later. Through this incredible act of love there is now a way to be restored back to a right relationship with God.
